Contract Agreement

First Part: Araks Company

Second Part: Nawroz Company for general contracting

Base on mutual understanding between two parts this agreement will be signed in a way that
(Araks Company) will provide (Nawroz company) with requested tanker and machine according the
specification attached to this agreement for one year in Duhok Governorate.

Second part should send the request at least 24 hours in advance, mentioning the quantity clearly.

First part should provide the requested quantity of tanker and machine to the second part not more
than 24 hours from receiving the request.

Second part has the right to reject any quantity of asphalt if it is not matching the specification.

First part will provide asphalt and required manpower and equipment for completing the work.

The price will be agreed according to the local market for each trip.

This agreement will be in function from 30.01. 2022 to 30.01. 2023.

This agreement can be extended for another year base of mutual understanding.
