All sales are final. Not for exchange, resale or transfer. Passenger agrees to follow all directions (including safety directions) of the
vessel's Captain and crew, as well as all posted directions on the vessel (including safety directions). Alcatraz City Cruises, LLC
("Alcatraz City Cruises") shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any persons not employed by it.
No suit, action, or proceeding against Alcatraz City Cruises and/or their respective parent companies, affiliates, contractors,
vessels, agents, crew or employees of any of the foregoing entities, shall be maintainable for loss of life or bodily injury to any
passenger unless written notice of claim be delivered to Alcatraz City Cruises within six months from the date of incident. Suit to
recover on any such claim injury, event, illness or death. Passenger waives all other potentially applicable state or federal limitations
periods. It is agreed by and between the passenger and Alcatraz City Cruises that all disputes and matters, whatsoever, including,
but not limited to those involving personal injury or death of a passenger, which arise under, in connection with or incidental to the
ticket or the voyage shall be adjudicated, if at all, in and before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the state of California to
the exclusion of the courts or any other state or country. The license granted herein is revocable upon refunding to passengers the
ticket price. Alcatraz City Cruises reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers from a vessel, bus, event, or premise if
determined to be necessary for appropriate safety reasons if you cause discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance to passengers,
crew members or agents; or if your behavior is deemed to threaten the safety, good order or discipline. Lost tickets will not be
replaced. Alcatraz City Cruises is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Proof of age may be required. We reserve the
right at any time to cancel tours or change departure & arrival times or change prices. Only cancelled tours are subject to refund,
less any service charge, with no further amount than the face value of the ticket available for compensation. Passengers must be in
the designated boarding area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Proper attire required. If you buy a ticket, you consent
to have your image or likeness appear in any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction. The license granted
herein is revocable for cause, upon refunding to passenger the ticket price. Submitting an order for tickets to Alcatraz City Cruises,
by any means possible, indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions. Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel a purchase
you place through the Service, you can manage your booking at www.alcatrazcruises.com/account. Alternatively, you may contact
the Company at info@cityexperiences.com or 415.981.7625. If you cancel a reservation that you made through the Service seventy-
two (72) or more hours in advance of the date of the reservation, your payment for that reservation will be refunded in full. If you
cancel a reservation that you made through the Service less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the date of the reservation,
you will not receive a refund for that reservation, unless the Company is able to resell your tickets, and the Company shall have the
right, but not the obligation, to resell your tickets. Applicable refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of the date we
receive your cancellation request. We will also provide a refund in the event of security, safety or similar closures that prevent us
from honoring your reservation. In the event we are unable to provide a purchased service for any reason, our only obligation is to
refund the purchase price that you paid for the applicable service. If you purchased Ticket Assurance through the Service, you can
cancel the reservation associated with your Ticket Assurance up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to your departure time and receive a
full refund or reschedule the reservation to another date and departure time, depending on ticket availability and ticket price
