2. Payment of books shall be made online. Schedule of payment is on January 24-28, 2022
through the specified banks only.

VIA SECURITY BANK BRANCHES

1. Client goes to any SBC branch to initiate Bills Payment transaction and provides payment
details
 Merchant Name: University of Santo Tomas
 Reference Number: 052020825951 (05-CODE FOR PAYMENT OF BOOK AND 10-DIGIT
STUDENT NUMBER)
 Customer Name: (Complete name of the student)
 Payment Amount:
 Payment Mode (Cash, On-Us/Off-Us Local Clearing Checks, Debit to SBC Account)

2. If the Reference Number is valid, the SBC Teller proceeds with the payment processing;
otherwise, transaction will not be accepted for processing.

3. Upon successful processing of the payment, the Teller prints the validated transaction slip.
Client shall review the payment details indicated prior to signing the slip and leaving the
counter. The validated transaction slip comes in two copies – one for the Bank and another
one for the Client. This shall serve as the Client’s proof of payment.

2. Upon successful log-in, client hovers over “Payments & Transfers” and select “Pay Bills”.

3. Client indicates the payment details (Biller UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS, Reference
Number/Subscriber Number (Example: 052020825951 – 05 for book payment and 10-digit student
number),
Amount, Source Account and Payment Schedule), and clicks on the Submit button. Click on ‘Add
to My Favorites’ to save payment details for future transactions.

4. The Confirmation Page will appear. Client clicks on the Confirm button once he/she has reviewed
that the details are correct.

1. Client logs in to Security Bank Online Mobile Application.

2. Upon successful log-in, select “Bills” menu.
3. Click Biller field then select “MERCHANT NAME” – UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS
4. Enter the Reference No (Example: 052020825951 --05 for book payment and 10-digit student number)
and the Amount then click “Confirm Payment”
5. Verify the transaction then click again “Confirm Payment”
