Reflection: The teachers on my survey would always start the lesson with activities that would picked our interests and
are also related to the lesson and would always end with group activities.

Evaluator: “At the end of the year, my performance as a teacher is reflected in the school performance of my students.
So, I need to provide a monitoring tool to measure how they are progressing. The result will inform me how I will
address my learner’s weakness and enhance their strength.

As an educator, it is important that we trying to learn and acquire more knowledge for our students but, I also
believe that it is also imperative that we measure their growth as a learner. As an educator, we are given the task to
monitor what they learn and have to learn yet during their time in school.
Evaluating is important because if there are no evaluation and assessment, we would not know what area of
their learning needs to be improved.
