eCOMMERCE MANAGER

£30K + BONUS
SHOREDITCH, LONDON
Overall Job Purpose
This is an exciting time to be joining BOXPARK, as it is about to launch a revolutionary new
concept – the World’s First Multichannel Mall. Customer will be able to buy and share
products from all of BOXPARK’s retailers, online and on their mobile, as well as in-store.
BOXPARK are looking for an ecommerce manager to lead and manage the day-to-day
operations and development of the new BOXPARK Market Place, ensuring retailers use the
platform, driving customers to the website, converting traffic into sales, and facilitating
the delivery and returns of products from BOXPARK retailers to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Management of the full eCommerce and multichannel Customer Care operation at BOXPARK,
reporting weekly and monthly results to the Management team
• Responsible for driving the commercial performance of eCommerce channels
• Motivate & inspire eCommerce Assistant / Customer Care
• Ownership and management of the digital customer experience including design &
aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing,
performance, functionality
• Drive continuous optimisation through multivariate testing, Google Analytics analysis,
on-going developments and new initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with data flow between the retailers and the website
and associated systems
• Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content across the website
and multichannel campaigns to ensure accuracy, timeliness and brand integrity whilst
meeting commercial objectives
• Manage the logistics and process flow for accepting, collating and delivering customer
orders, and handling returns
• Work with the rest of the BOXPARK team to help develop and optimize the eCRM, PPC, SEO,
Social and acquisition strategies to maximise traffic and sales

Skills Required
• Minimum 3 years retail eCommerce experience
• A sound understanding of the retail market place, both online and offline, and the
growing market of eCommerce and latest technologies
• In-depth understanding of user experience, analytical tools and effective conversion
techniques
• Proven leadership of successful eCommerce projects
• Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to transmit this across different level
stakeholders

• Successful planning, management and delivery of all agreed projects
• Meeting and exceeding commercial goals and agreed KPIs
