Dance is a physical activity that brings out the best in us. It is a type of
physical activity that improves your mental condition by generating
endorphins. It adds an added degree of satisfaction to be able to dance
to your favorite music. Dancing serves to condition our bodies and
focus our minds, which increases one's ability to undertake other
physical exercises.
