JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Carried out inspection in Magnetic Particle Inspection and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection for
automobile components with water washable and lipophilic fluorescent penetrant testing, Solvent
removable Penetrant testing.
Performed UT on Weldments and raw materials for lamination check on all vessels, Boiler
drums and build up welds for storage tanks.
MPI of fillet welds hands on experience and testing /witnessing on weld seams.
Interpretation of Radiography of Welds against various codes and standards.
Ultrasonic flaw detection as well as thickness gauging was carried out for welding of pressure
vessels, plates and pipe lines of Butt Joint against various codes.

WORKING ABILITY
Carried out MPT, PT and Co-ordination in various projects.
Can perform UT Inspection on TKY Joints .
Calibration Check of NDT Instruments and maintaining record.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Knows the basic level of knowledge in Microsoft office and a regular Internet user.
