This is all about going above and beyond to keep the customers happy, whether that
means answering any questions they have or resolving issues with of course a positive attitude.
The customer satisfaction is the top priority when it comes to customer service.

 The webinar aims to discuss the different ways to accommodate and to know your guest
effectively to cater their needs and wants including verbal and body language with
empathy and care.
 To inform young professionals to nurture relationship between the guests to promote
strong communication and maintain composure while handling challenging customer
demands.

Proposed Resource Speaker and his/her qualifications:

Mr. Amir G. Medina


 An exemplar Broadcast Journalism graduate with tons of experiences in Marketing,
Public Relations, Copywriting, Hosting and Events Management since 2014. A Young
and Driven Professional who started making a name in the Marketing and Corporate
world.
 Since 2016, Amir Medina practices his expertise in the world of Marketing. Even a
Broadcast Journalism graduate, his creative mind paved the way to lead the Marketing
scene of his workplaces. Strategically and well researched plan that results in positive
outcomes of marketing objectives.
 A young aspiring broadcast journalist who entered the world of media at the age of 21.
Not less than 2 years, Amir showed his passion in new writing and reporting in the
National Media. Daily reported, gathered and written news on a daily basis.
 A graduate of Holy Angel University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in
Communication, with an area of specialization in Broadcast Journalism.
 A consistent Academic Scholar, Dean’s Lister and once a President’s Lister
 Actively participated in community works where he became the Youth Leader of San
Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, President of the Knights and Maidens of the Blessed Sacrament and
Committee of Performing Arts for Holy Angel University’s College Student Council
 Entered the world of media as a talent for ABS-CBN TV Patrol Pampanga and segment
host for ABS-CBN TV 46 Bida Kampampangan
 Taking the National scene he started as a News Reporter in 9news (formerly Solar News)
 He also became a News Reporter and News Correspondent at CNN Philippines
 Entering the corporate world, he became a Marketing Associate of SM Prime Holdings
and a lecturer at Holy Angel University
 Former Marketing and Public Relations Supervisor / Marketing-in-charge at Midori Clark
Hotel and Casino from 2017-2020
 At present, he is a social media manager for various businesses, professional events host,
motivational and public speaker, business writer and Marketing Lead for Asia at
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Philippines.

Target Audience

For this event, our target audience are our classmates, fellow tourism students and few
interested friends. So that we can share to them some important information, that is related to our
events topic.
