Dear Fr. Lagrimas:

Upon the recommendation of the Dean of the Religious Education Department (ReEd) and the sanction of
the School Board, I am hereby appointing you as PART-TIME FACULTY MEMBER in the ReEd effective
June 1, 2015.

The school shall grant you legal and due compensation for the services you will render in such capacity for
the period provided hereunder.

Your appointment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Your appointment shall be in vigor for only one (1) semester commencing on June 1, 2015 and
specifically ending on October 31, 2015 unless extended by the appointing authority prior to its
expiration.

2. Renewal and/or extension of the term of the office of your appointment shall be exclusively and solely
discretionary to the appointing body or entity.

3. Your appointment can be revoked and/or recalled by the appointing authority prior to its expiry date if
you are found to have committed acts inimical to the interests of the school and/or its students or to the
moral values of the institution. Your appointment can also be revoked for any violation of the terms
and conditions embodied herein or in relation thereto. Due process shall at all times be observed in the
cancellation of this appointment prior to its expiration.

4. You shall abide with all policies, rules and regulations of the school which shall include those that are
effective at the period of your appointment and such other policies, rules and regulations that may be
promulgated by the school administration during the period of your appointment.

5. You shall likewise be subject to the Code of Conduct of the school during the period of your
appointment.

6. You shall accept and agree to carry our wholeheartedly the school’s vision, mission and core values.

7. You shall participate in all academic activities that require your compulsory attendance.

8. You shall effectively and satisfactorily perform your duties and responsibilities, which shall be given
to you by the Dean of the ReEd.

9. You shall be entitled to a pay of P 361.35 per hour based on your actual teaching load payable
every 15th and end of every month.
