Identification section & Purposes
Our group will propose a project that our university will be benefited from.
The QR Code called “BE SAFE PASS” will help the university to keep the students safe from covid
19 inside the school or outside the school. Only vaccinated students are allowed to enter the
school.

Some features of our contact tracing application

- Vaccination cards or information in the home button and we put some statistics to see the
update of the students.
- You will track the total confirmed cases and deaths.
- The QR code scanner is clickable to scan the QR code
- A prevention that will remind the students to avoid close contact and wash their hands.
- We also added the Symptoms of COVID 19, so it can help the students to monitor their
physical health.
- And the last, we added in the settings emergency hotline terms to use and to contact.
Measurable project objectives and Related success criteria
The objective of this study is to develop an effective university contact tracing app that will
speed up the manual process. Thus, it aims to help university staff find students who are at risk
more quickly, allowing them to receive early diagnosis and treatment and ensuring that
everyone is always protected.
High-level requirements
- The mobile app must provide authorized access for DOH
- The mobile app must have a help function that offers tips and explanations on how it is used.
- The mobile app must therefore be designed to guarantee the security and confidentiality of
users' data.
- Only minimal data and metadata necessary for the mobile app may be stored.

Assumptions and constraints

The vaccination card can be size in id size and put a QR code at back. The app will save your
location home. If you don’t have data or internet, you can use Bluetooth to share your
information, the clickable button of positive and negative can be changed by your desire. When
the user is no device to follow with the scan. The personal information can’t be verified.

High level project description and boundaries

- The quick response code (QRC) is only used inside the campus.
- This is an app that uses Bluetooth or the internet.
- Status and statistics of covid cases.
- Symptoms of covid and reminders to the user what to do to avoid covid.
High level risk
There is a risk that the scanner might not work perfectly which may lead to wrong information,
but the team is continuously making efforts to perfect these risks.
- And also, this may take time for the students before entering the campus and they might
come late for their class but this drill is very important for their own safety.
