 Articles 12 -35(vvi)
 Article 14, 19, 21 - Golden triangle law.
 DPSPS- article 35 – 51(A)
 Doctrine of Eclipse- Article 13.
Static consti- like –
 i) Which article gives the power to president to assent the bill?
 ii) Which article gives the power to amend the existing law?
 iii) Supreme Court, High Court derives its power from which articles?
 Chief justices of India, governor, president, prime minister etc.

 Cases must be understood in FIRAC method – Facts, Issues, Rules, Analysis, Conclusion

 Justification of torts- exceptions such as volenti non fit injuria, private defence, necessity
 Remedies -Liquidated damages, unliquidated damages

 Past 5 years question papers must be solved. Questions are repeated vv.often.
 In First week of preparations-
I) Skim the question papers
II) Observe the patterns and nature of questions
III) Determine the no. of questions asked from a particular subject.
 Study any law paper with the analytic approach and landmark cases in the FIRAC
method.
 Make sure to be acquainted with syllabus all the time.
