NIGHTTIME RESTRICTION
Between 2300-0600LT take-off and landing for ACFT with more than 5700kg MTOW are
forbidden except for mail, rescue, emergency, hospital, military and state flights.
Between 2300-0600LT maximum 4 movements a week may be authorized, provided that
an application is made by the Carrier at least 4 days in advance. In case of different
situations the Local Civil Aviation Authority may be involved for an assessment.
Between 2300-0600LT it is compulsory for landing ACFT to use the available RWY
length to taxi until apron.

RUN-UP TESTS
Run-up tests are subject to previous approval by aerodrome operator that will indicate
the appropriate area.
Between 1400-1600LT and 2300-0600LT engine tests are forbidden except for sched-
uled, mail carrier, SAR, emergency humanitarian, fire fighting and state flights.

AUXILIARY POWER UNITS (APUs)


APU can be started up to 60 minutes before estimated off-block time and must be
switched off 20 minutes after arrival. Only in exceptional cases aerodrome operator
will allow a longer use, maintaining the Local Civil Aviation Authority updated.

COMM FAILURE PROCEDURE IN MANOEUVRING AREA
ARRIVAL
Acft shall vacate the runway and sensitive area and wait on Twy B for the follow-me vehicle in
order to be guided back to the stand.

DEPARTURE
Acft shall continue on the assigned taxi route until reaching its clearance limit position, where it
shall wait for the follow-me vehicle in order to be guided back to the stand.

LVP will be activated:


LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP)
- when reported RVR value at TDZ is equal or less than 550m
- when cloud base is below 200'
- when the rapid deterioration of weather conditions recommends so
Pilots will be informed by RTF when LVP are in force. In case of poor visibility conditions a reduced
airport capacity can be expected due to restrictions applied on ground movements.

GROUND MOVEMENT
When visibility is equal or below 1500m only one movement at a time is allowed.

ARRIVAL
Landing acft shall vacate the runway on Twy B then Twy T and entrance in Apron.

DEPARTURE
Departing acft leaving main apron shall enter the runway via Twy C.

Follow-me car available on request.


GROUND RESTRICTIONS
REVERSE
For landing acft it is forbidden to use reverse more than idle thrust, except for safety reasons.

APU (Auxiliary Power Unit)


On the apron it is forbidden to use APU 60 Min before scheduled EOBT. APU must be switched off
within 20 Min after arrival time.

ACFT parked in self-manoeuvring stands must perform taxing out operations with idle thrust.
