BANK, MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF POSSESSION
THIS MATTER came before this Court for Zoom hearing on September 3, 2020, upon

Plaintiff's, FIRST AMERICAN BANK, Motion for Writ of Possession [DE 530]. The Court

having carefully reviewed and considered the Motion, having heard argument of counsel for

First American Bank and Laurence Schneider (representing himself), and being otherwise fully

informed of the premises (and noting that Stephanie Sclmeider did not appear after due notice of

this hearing), it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion for Writ of Possession be and the

same is hereby GRANTED, except the Court does not issue its directions to the Clerk to act

"fo1ihwith." The Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Writ of Possession and deliver it to the

Sheriff for execution on or as soon as practicable after September 30, 2020, in accordance

with Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.580 and Fla. R. Civ. P. Fonn 1.915. The Writ of Possession shall specify

that the Sheriff shall remove all persons from the property in Palm Beach County, Florida

described as: "Lot 37 of the Fox Hill Estates of Boca Raton, according to the Plat thereof, as

recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 4, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.,"

commonly known as 17685 Circle Pond Court, Boca Raton, Florida 33496-1002 ("Prope1iy"),

and to put First American Bank in possession of said Property.
