QUESTIONNAIRE ABOUT LEARNING STYLES.

1. Define Learning Styles (L.S) and Teaching Styles (TS).

Learning styles are a collection of shapes created by a variety of circumstances to aid in the
acquisition, retention, and expression of knowledge in a certain setting.

Teaching styles are a collection of teaching methods that, driven by various methodologies,
improve information transmission.

2. How are LS classified?

Cognitive, personality (psychology), and sensory abilities are all important. Analytical/global,
field dependent/field independent, impulsive/reflective are all terms used to describe
cognitive abilities. Extroverted/introverted, random-intuitive/concrete sequential, and closure-
focused/open orientated are some of the personality learning styles.

2.1. What’s your L.S. Give 3 reasons this is your LS.

I'm visual (during my computer science studies, I tended to prioritize concrete visual examples
over text theories) and listening (listening monologues, watching debates, conversations), as
well as sensory (sequence), because I prefer concrete facts, palpable information over theories
and ideologies. I'm also more analytical than global.

Complete and well-structured explanations are my preference. Prioritize reflection over action,
and work alone or in pairs. I am a unique individual.

3. Expose 5 arguments found in the reading about the importance of identifying

and understanding the L.S.

Assist students in identifying how their learning process works, motivating them and
empowering them to be self-sufficient. They will be able to solve difficulties more quickly, will
be more organized, and will gain confidence. It also aids teachers in developing better tactics,
as knowing how pupils learn makes it much easier for them to lead their lessons. It is typical
that this does not occur, and if the learner does not receive the material in the desired
manner, it is often ridiculed or ignored.

4. How do L.S. match with T.S? Explain.

Teachers' teaching techniques become varied and functional when they are aware of and
comprehend the diverse learning types. Being able to adapt to each student's learning style in
order to attain the best intellectual development possible.

5. What’s your personal point of you of L.S. and T.S?

I love it, it's a great way for teachers to create a cozy and harmonious ambient for students to
learn
