In the principles of teaching, connectedness and the contact between students and teachers is
very important in order to build a bond that will firm the relationship of each other and will help the
students towards their dreams.

UBUNTU is a human virtue which plays a great role in teaching because educating someone is
not just imparting and sharing knowledge to others, but it also create a connection that will build
integrity and compassion. Teaching and learning is continuous, the communication of each people really
defines on how you can adapt to the environment. UBUNTU in teaching controls the emotions and
behaviors of a certain people because practicing the virtue requires balance of your actions. We perform
things but before we do that, we should look for the sake of others because having that responsibility is
engulf in our own body. We all know that teachers plays an important role in the society because they
are the reasons why we have professionals. UBUNTU portrays humanity and it entails love, care,
passion, inner goodness and especially shows the essence of human being. Using this principle in
educating others will lessen the probability of conflict and the chance of understanding each other will
win because everyone will accept the suggestions of other learners and become optimistic.

Teaching is a process of helping others with the means of engulfing any opportunities and
suggestions. We are connected to each other as the UBUNTU principle wants to portray, if we want to
educate then we should become as a whole and not just a one sided being. We cannot survive without
the help of others and serving humanity is a continuous process that will serve as our key to find
purpose in this world.
