Petunjuk:
1. Tugas STEM Projek ini bersifat individu, produk dikumpulkan saat masuk sekolah
2. Bacalah dengan baik dan teliti contoh pengerjaan dan keterangan tahapan Engineering
Design Process nya.
3. Kerjakan projek kalian pada lembar kedua kemudian kirim ke google form dalam bentuk file
word atau foto yang di upload ke google form, dengan maksimal upload adalah H-5 sebelum
liburan berakhir.
4. Apabila kesulitan dalam mendapatkan komputer atau laptop untuk mengetik, boleh ditulis
tangan di lembaran dan di foto kemudian di upload di google form menggunakan HP
(dilarang mengirim ke wa pembimbing)

JUDUL: MINIATUR JEMBATAN 3D PRINTING
ABSTRACT
In this era of the industrial revolution 4.0, 75% of work involves the ability of science, technology,
engineering and mathematics, the internet of things , and lifelong learning (Zimmerman, 2018)
in (Pannen, 2018). Learning 4.0 is a response from industry 4.0 where people and technology are
aligned to allow for new possibilities. Learning 4.0 refers to 9 trends, namely: Diverse time and
place, Personalized learning, Free choice, Project based, Field experience, Data interpretation,
Exams will change completely, Student ownership, Mentoring will be more important (Learning
is carried out in a time and place that is different, personal learning, the opportunity to determine
the material, project-based learning, field experience, data interpretation, learning is evaluated not
tested, modular learning, ownership of learning by students). The making of a miniature Truss
Bridge aims to provide understanding and application of learning Newton's Law that is more close
and real and is directly related to the industry. Before we make a bridge project, we study
information through books and the internet then teleconference using a Webex account to directly
communicate with engineers / contractors who normally build bridges. Through the making of
miniature bridges using 3D printing we also learned to design bridges based on the concept of style,
force diagrams, and Newton's Law using the Fusion 360 application which was then exported to the
Cura application and the final stage was printing miniature bridges using 3D printer. After the
bridge have finished, we also measure the strength of the bridge with a certain load, and we get the
strength of the bridge with 3D printing able to withstand a load of 11 kg. Maximum load that can
be supported by 3D printing  bridge  (1) is 110 N with a factor of saving 5.5, 3D printing bridge 2
is 62.5 N with a factor of safety  3.1, and a paper bridge is 40N with a factor of safety 2.0 The
greater the value of the safety factor, the safer the bridge frame. This also shows that the bridge
applies Newton's Law I and Newton’s III Law. In the industry the existence of a three-dimensional
form of a product design like a bridge or other construction is very important to build a real
construction.
