    CERTIFICATE OF REVIEW AND ENDORSEMENT

    This is to certify that the GAD Plan and Budget (GPB) for the calendar 2022 of
    BARANGAY PAMAMAS-AN, Motiong, Samar, has been reviewed and was found fully
    compliant in forms and contents with the provisions of the JMC Nos. 2016-01 and 2013-
    01 re: LOCALIZATION OF MAGNA CARTA OF WOMEN.

    Per DILG’s review, the GPB was found compliant with the following:

    a. At least five percent (5%) of the LGUs total Annual Budget allocation to GAD
    Budget;
    b. All Programs, Activities, and Projects (PPAs) are responsive to LGUs identified
    Gender issue and/or GAD mandate; and
    c. Used and accomplished the correct template/form.

    Thus, said GPB of Barangay, PAMAMAS-AN, Motiong, Samar is hereby officially


    endorsed for incorporation in the Barangay Annual Investment Program (AIP) and
    Budget.

    Issued this 20th day of December 2021, Motiong, Samar.
