+ Prewash your fabric + Use a 1/4” seam allowance + Stitch right sides together unless noted +
+ Scant edge topstitch is 1/8“ or smaller, depending upon what you like and what your skill level is +

Fabric Requirements:
Twenty (20) strips of fabric - cut into 2” x 12” strips. Mix & match patterned and solid fabrics as you like.
I used two strips of 6 patterned fabrics (12 total) and two strips of 4 solid fabrics (8 total).

1. Create a layout with your strips of fabric. When you have a look that you like, stitch all fabrics together to form
one long rectangle.

2. Sew ends together to form loop. 3. Cut fabric loop into six 2-inch
strips.

4. With a seamripper, unstitch

one seam in each of the 6 fabric
loops.

Select a unique seam to

open-up in each of the loops
for a random look.

5. Arrange strips in pairs. Sew each pair together on one end, forming three long strips.

6. Sew the long strips together, lengthwise, with the long sides mismatched slightly. Trim to even out.

7. Sew the last two long ends together, creating a tube.

8. Turn tube rightside out. Press flat as shown.

On the short sides, tuck the raw edges under about 1/2”. Finger press at first, then press with iron.

For a soft edge, skip step 9. Simply scant edge topstitch the 2 short ends, and you’re done.
For a more defined “cuff” look as shown on the cover, proceed to step 9.

9. Scant edge topstitch around perimeter. All done ~ wrap, wear & enjoy!
