Normal invoices are due as per agreed Credit Terms with Agility. Customers with no approved Credit Terms will need to pay all invoices before release of freight.
Rates subject to space availability & reconfirmation at time of booking.
Agility is not responsible for cargo insurance. Cargo is to be insured by Agility if customer requested.
Surcharges offered are current and subject to change without prior notice as per shipping line / airline rules.
Rates and services quoted herein are not applicable to over-dimensional or over-weight cargo, livestock, perishables, hazardous cargo, or precious material, unless otherwise

Quotations have been made, where applicable, using current exchange rate for converting foreign currency into IDR.
For final invoicing, exchange rate of invoicing day shall be applicable.
