CONSMAT
CONSMAT
• To provide a place of learning besides the classroom especially for students who
prefer studying outdoors.
• To be able to construct a bench for all students and faculties and even visitors that
adds beauty to the campus.
2 •Estimation of materials
3 •Hiring of Laborers
5 •Final Output.
4. Implement
Putting into practice what was proposed in the
project proposal into the actual project. The preparation of
necessary papers and materials needed for the CENG
bench.
5. EVALUATE
Evaluating the project whether it attain its objectives. To
see if the final output was durable and well crafted. The
evaluation is done through surveys. We ask some students
to test our bench by providing them an assessment form.

Note:
The total cost of materials used in the construction of the CENG bench is
the estimated cost above.
The worker’s offer is somewhat like complete package for about 14,000.00.
He provides the materials and all equipment used. (The information above
is the estimated cost for all parts of construction for financial report

Noticeably, most of the students of College of Engineering in Bicol
University stay at the campus’ Students’ Lounge during their free time.
It is where they often eat, hang out with friends, and held their group
studies since loud noises are not allowed inside the library. However, the
lounge is not that big to hold every student that often times the lounge
becomes crowded.
And with these, the group had constructed bench to at least provide an
additional place for students to stay, waiting area do their stuff.
Generally, the bench shall be an efficient solution in addressing the
concerns; the stated objectives and needs were satisfied and achieved.
The demand for bench has never been greater. Alternative learning
models and education spaces enables learning to take place anywhere,
anytime will help today’s learners and tomorrow’s students achieve
their full potential.
The improvement and maintenance of CENG Bench is important for the
continuous use of it. The following are some recommendations:
• Putting an LED light bulb in the word CENG that can highlight the
design and color of the CENG Bench at night.
• Putting an outlet used for charging wherein the source of electricity
comes from a solar panel, one that produces electricity through heat
and sun light.
• Putting foam covered with thick plastic in the concrete bench for
comfortable sitting and studying.
• Attachment of insulator or nipa roof that can lessen the heat caused
by the sun.
• Putting bamboo blinds at the edge of the roof used for sun light
protection and even heavy rains.
