ELDERS, AND AUTHORITIES

You are a part of a team assigned to nominate a person or an organization for the “Daily Hero Award”. The
award aims to recognize the small and consistent effort of individuals or institutions that make a difference in one way
or another. Part of the nomination process is for you to come up with a suggested citation to be inscribed on the
awardee’s plaque of recognition. Subject to the approval of the awards committee, the citation should outline the most
significant deeds or initiatives and remarkable character exemplified by the contender. Check on the Internet or survey
different resources for sample citations or plaques of recognition which you may use as a guide or inspiration.
Afterwards, create your own plaque of recognition and write your own citation appropriate for the nature of the
award.

In recognition of your hard work in Council
Thanks for your hardwork

At this time, all of us suffered because of this COVID19, all over the world. Even if your rich or poor. And we all
know, there's a lot of organizations, who are willing to help those who were in need, especially poor families.

I’m truly honored to nominate, our beloved Mayor Norberto Segunial Jr. and the rest of his staff, for what they were
doing throughout this pandemic. In addition to that was when the Taal Volcano erupted. Even if they were also
affected by these calamities, they still continue to help and provide the needs of every people. For almost 2 years full
of tragedy, our mayor did his best to do all of it. In different sector of our local government like health nutrition,
environment, public safety, education, disaster response and infrastructures for evacuation center, housing program,
water, school building and roads. So i must say “thank you sir" for all of this. We really appreciate everything.
