Selection criteria
· Student’s outstanding academic performance
· Contribution to the institution/society
· Leadership and communication skills
· Interest in integrating into and contributing to the Hong Kong Society

Application
· Those applicants who (i) have obtained the admission offer of CityU and have already paid the acceptance fee; and (ii) have achieved outstanding
academic performance may be invited to apply for the Scholarship in mid-February by email and the deadline may close tentatively by early March.
· The University will submit nominations for the consideration of the Education Bureau of the HKSAR Government by March each year. The decision made
by the Education Bureau is final.

Note: The awardees of above mentioned Scholarships will not be allowed to receive CityU entrance scholarships covering their annual tuition fees of the same
academic year.
