Market Reach LLP is a part of MR Consortium. MR Consortium has three firms

MR Consortium currently employs more than 40 people across Delhi and Western UP and achieved an annual
Turnover of more than A Billion rupees in FY 2019-20. Close to 90% of our business comes from government projects
and we work with almost all major government contractors.

Construction Chemicals
Market Reach LLP deals in construction chemicals like Admixtures, Waterproofing Chemicals, curing
Compounds, Shuttering Oil, etc. We are the authorised PAN India distributors for
1. Sika
2. Asian Paints
3. Fosroc
We can also take up waterproofing work (supply-apply) jobs. We have company authorised applicators for the same.

Electrical
Market Reach LLP deals in electrical products like Light Fixtures, Cables, Wires, Fans, Switches, etc for
1. Havells
2. Wipro
3. Crompton

Steel
We also deal in Steel and are authorised distributors for TMT and steel bars of Jindal Steel and Power
Limited (JSPL) – brand Panther. Steel business is managed by Mayank Mundhra and Raghav Mundhra – MR Steels.
We are JSPL’s number one distributor in terms of volume across India and the sole distributors in Delhi and Western
UP.

Electrical Goods
We are authorised project dealers for Wipro, Crompton, Havells. With technology advancing rapidly and extra focus
on energy conservation the electrical segment is a pretty rewarding one for us.
The above three brands combined offer us a chance to make ourselves relevant in almost 95% of government
projects. While construction chemicals become more relevant in a large, electrical items are omnipresent thus
opening up another category of projects for us to target.
Normally 5-7% of a project’s cost is Electrical related. The products we focus on are light fixtures – Decent volumes,
better margins. The other popular products are
1. Fans and Exhaust Fans – Crompton and Havells
2. Cables, Wires – Havells
3. Geysers and other miscellaneous items – Havells, Crompton

The People
Anuj Khator
Anuj graduated from NIT Jaipur in 2010 and worked as a Software Engineer for two years before pursuing PGDM in
Marketing and Finance from International Management Institute New Delhi, batch of 2014. He has worked as a Sales
Professional in Media Industry and Banking industry for 5 years before deciding to partner with his cousins.

Mayank Mundhra & Raghav Mundhra


Mayank is a graduate from Delhi University and has been an entrepreneur all along. He started MR Steels along with
his younger brother Raghav in 2011 as distributors for Rathi Steels. After achieving great success in a limited time of
two years they were approached by Jindal Steel and Power Limited to be their authorised distributors for Delhi and
West UP. In their 6 years with JSPL they have made MR Consortium the top distributors of JSPL across the country in
terms of volume of steel sold in a year.

Job Description – Business Manager


We are looking for dynamic people who want to have a successful career in Business Management and sales. It is a
holistic role that requires the candidate to manage the whole P&L for the Lighting division of our business. The
shortlisted candidates would be given the list of clients and their contact details.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the business of Lighting products and be responsible for its P&L, Sales and operations for a portfolio
of projects worth more than INR 10 billion
• Own a government project (INR 50 Crore and above) and track it right from its inception at the ministry to
the tendering stage to the award of contract to a government contractor
• Look after the procurement of the products from the companies, maintain relationship with the account
managers of the companies and work closely with them on projects for closure
• Selling of lighting products of the companies we deal in
• Managing the projects and the contractor’s requirements until the completion of those projects. Maintaining
a healthy relationship with contractors, procurement teams, project managers, etc
• Connect with Government Engineers from organisations like CPWD, PWD, NHAI and educate them about our
products and get the required approvals
Compensation
• Fixed Compensation
o Annual package of INR 4 lakhs
• Performance Incentive
o 0.5% of Order value to be awarded as incentive on a monthly basis
o An average order value is more than INR 10 lakhs for even the smallest of projects
• Phone and conveyance reimbursements (Cabs/Fuel)
• Health Insurance cover of INR 3 lakhs
• Bi-Annual appraisals in the months of April and October
