Receiving Inspection cleared.

2 Check all the accessories are as per approved

MAS

3 Check for Name plate / Identification label

4 Ensure drawings used for installation are current

and approved.

Check the Panel, metallic containment and

5 accessories physical condition for any visual
damages.

6 Check all the enclosures of all electrical

switchgear are connected to the earthing system.

7 Check all metal and socket outlets are properly

connected to the earthing system.

Check all plant and equipment such as pumps ,

8 motors etc.. Are connected securely to the
earthing system.

9 Check the installation of earthing system as per

approved drawing

10 Schematic diagram / DB chart enclosed

11 Check for cleanliness and tightness for each

earthing connection
