Class Work Timetable
Class Work Timetable
1) This programme has been designed according to a standardized system. Students’ behaviour, level and
ability to focus on the task will show the learning pace. Teachers must try to follow the programme but it can
always been rearranged to facilitate learners’ learning.
2) If extra time or more days are needed to finish the planned activities, the teacher should resolve whether to
follow the programme or dismiss the activities or pages. This decision will depend on the importance of the
activity and the need of reinforcement of the students.
3) The main aim of the lessons is to practise and review the language skills of Cambridge Examinations. The
system that has been followed provides reinforcement of the skills and extra practice with vocabulary and
grammar activities, which are shown in brackets. These are not as important as the other pages, which are
not in brackets. Any extra material used in the classroom must follow the structure and topics accepted by
Cambridge ESOL Examinations.
ENGLISH LEVEL TEST: The purpose of this test is to divide students into three groups according to their performance
in the test.
FIRST DAY: Teachers should make use of ice-breaking activities to get to know the students and to make them feel
more comfortable in the learning environment.
