Tell me about yourself

Well, I’m an aerospace engineer with more than 5 years of experience in the
manufacturing industry, I’ve had roles in quality engineering, training
development, processes and manufacturing.
I consider myself as an easy-going person, who likes to learn new things and work with
others. Also, I’m excited for this position, because I did some research of the company, and
it looks as an amazing place to be part of.

What is your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is strategic thinking. Usually when I make a decision, the possible
outcomes and issues were also analyzed

For example, in my previous work. I was working with some assemblies for the aircraft’s
floor, I had to release a new revision for a part, this was very common, but I did some
research of the part in the final assembly line, so I realized the part was being trimmed in
a section at the end. The trimming process wasn’t part of my line, so it didn’t affect me… so I
got in touch with the buyers and our water jet cutter supplier, to see if we could add the trim
there, I had to modify the CAD, drawing, paperwork and perform the training to production.

understanding the challenges from multiple angles, I’m able to connect dots and create
solutions. This is evidenced by my track record of building and managing high performance
teams.
