-Students should learn early on how to use properly the punctuation and the right
spelling of words.

c. Give 3 rules in basic writing. (3 points)
- RULES IN BASIC WRITING:
 NEVER begin a sentence with And, But or Because.
 Begin each paragraph on the next new line and indent.
 Attention getters are part of introductions and should not be excluded from the
paragraph.

2. a. What is the purpose of meeting minutes? (4 points)


- The purpose of meeting minutes is to specify what was discussed and decided in a
meeting that includes also if who has been allocated in any tasks or responsibilities,
to keep a permanent record of the meeting for future reference and for anyone who
unable to attend the meeting, and of course to have an overview of the structure of
the meeting.
b. What should you include when you write meeting minutes? (3points)
- It is crucial to include an overview of the structure of the meeting when I will write a
minute of meeting.

3. a. What are the purposes of writing memoranda? (3 points)


- The purpose of writing memoranda is to inquire, inform, report, remind, and to
promote goodwill.
