PROGRAM”] December 10, 2021
Executive Summary
Omega Textiles Industry (OTI) is a leading textile company of Pakistan, started in 1994. OTI
produces fabrics for variety of companies and also provide fabric designing services since
many years. But since last few months the firm has seen a major change in performance of
their employees due to their low productivity. This report analyzes the key factors for these
problems and proposes an idea for their mentoring sessions along with its advantages.
OTI will be sending forms to those employees who’ll be mentoring. This form will include
their skills, their basic areas of interest and the deadline of submission. The
employees/executives will be shortlisted on the basis of their credibility. The firm will be
offering bunch of incentives to the mentors for providing mentoring sessions, persuading
them to apply for it. These incentives will include:
Monetary Incentive
Non-monetary incentive
Since the people most in demand for providing mentoring also tend to be the busiest
people in the firm. Therefore OTI will select weekend, which includes only Saturday for
mentoring sessions, 9 am-12 am. This timing will not only benefit employees’ busy
schedule but OTI will also be providing after session refreshments and lunch and
transportation facilities.

Area of Guidance
Background
Statement of problem:
There is lack of professionalism by low-level employees whilst dealing with the customers.
Moreover there is no one for career counseling. The employees are frustrated and are not
able to do work properly as they lack training and mentoring from senior employees
Statement of purpose:
The employees need mentors for career advice. The purpose of this proposal is to
determine whether mentors will help in improving the employees’ communication and
problem solving skills and if the benefit of hiring mentors will be greater than the cost. It is
also important to see if mentors from outside the organization will contribute more in
terms of diversification of skills or expertise that they can offer or the mentors within the
organization will be able to contribute more with training only for specifics business needs
and areas.

Sara Khan, our Supervisory of Marketing. She earned a BS degree in Marketing and an MA

department in which there are a total of 30 employees working under her, a department
which has a high-efficiency rate and motivation towards their work. Mr. Hussain our head
of operations. He earned a BS and MA degree in Management from the University of
Business Management. He controls all the operations of the organization with his team and
has a high success rate of completion of tasks assigned. He has past experience working in
MNC i.e. Nestle as a Vice-President of the Management Department. The closing section
should remind the reader of the proposal’s key benefits and make it easy for the reader to
respond. It might also include a project completion date as well as a deadline beyond which
the proposal offer will no longer be in effect. Writers of informal proposals often refer to
this as a request for approval or authorization.
