Project Objective: Comcast Corporation is the largest cable operator, one of the biggest media
conglomerates, home Internet service provider, and third largest home telephone service provider in the
United States, providing cable television, broadband Internet, telephone service and in some areas home
security(Including burglar alarms, surveillance cameras, fire alarm systems and home automation) to both
residential and commercial customers in 40 states and the District of Columbia.

Commercial Services Platform is a web service platform which acts a bridge between different down -stream
and upstream systems in Comcast. It is an evolving integration layer for key systems of Comcast Business.

Role and Responsibilities

 Involved in lead activities of the sprint and is responsible for the deliverables from offshore.
 Mentoring the QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.

Project Objective: Comcast is a Cable provider Company offering the three types of Lines of Business namely
Video, Voice and Internet in United States. Einstein/Einstein360 is a simplified SSO (single sign on)
application for a Comcast CAE (customer account executive). It is used by a CAE to resolve customer issues,
to schedule tickets, roll out technicians for issues that require assistance and manage the same.

Role and Responsibilities

 Designing of the automation test cases for the application under test.
 Planning of automation test flow as per the Test Scenarios.
 Execution and review of test scripts with the Selenium Web driver.
 Maintaining the scripts and execution of UI automated scripts.
 To mentor the team, handle project deliverables, handle collaboration between Onsite, near-shore and
offshore teams.
 The SME for important functionalities like Payment Gateway, MOD [Migration offer standardization and
Data Manipulation], CSG and Amdocs Billers and is the POC for it.
 Worked with different teams like Payment service, cyber source, Billing teams, End to End team for Sys-
tem Integration testing.
