Khaled Amri
PPP Expert

SUMMARY
Khaled Amri is an international PPP expert. He was previously Director at Ernst & Young within its PPP Department
for the MENA region. Mr. Amri has significant experience in providing PPP trainings to public and private sector
entities. In 2018 and 2019 he provided a full-fledged PPP course to members of the private and public sectors in
Madagascar in conjunction with the African Development Bank.

During 2017 and 2018, he provided intensive PPP training sessions, in conjunction with the Islamic Development
Bank, in Mauritania, Chad, Sudan, Pakistan and Indonesia. In 2018, he provided intensive PPP sessions for the
benefit of the Mohammad Ben Rashid School of Government in Dubai. He's also a consultant of the World Bank,
African Development Bank, French Development Agency and European Bank for Development and Reconstruction
on a regular basis where he fulfilled several PPP studies and transactions in Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, Mali,
Uganda, Madagascar and Senegal.

public private partnerships (“PPP”) in their industry.  The full program leading to an
“Executive Public Private Partnership Master Designation” requires the individual
to complete six (6) weeks of intensive training and development of key aspects of
PPPs, and successfully pass the final examination.  The six (6) weeks of training can
be completed at the participants convenience, and need not be done in the order
presented below Participants may also select to achieve an “Executive Public
Private Partnership Designation” after successfully completing the first three (3)
weeks of training and development.  No examination is required for this
designation.  The three (3) weeks of training can be completed at any time.
