RMG ACTIVATION PLAN

To propose a detail executional plan of


RMG activation to educate the RMG
employees about personal hygiene &
Milvik products and services

Creating awareness into RMG sector about


Milvik.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Awareness about the product/Service

• Educating them about offers and


services about Milvik.

All together we will do activation at 15


garments nationwide. The breakdown of the
15 garments list given bellow:

TEAM
SHORTLIST THE GARMENTS WITH MEDICAL CORNER

• Finding out the garments factory where the


pay-roll is in bKash

• Finding out the garments where cafeteria


and medical corner is available.

• Minimum workers of the garments will 500


pax

• Total 5 teams will be deployed location wise.


DEPLOYING ADVANCED TEAM

• An advanced team will be deployed for hunting the suitable


garments for activation
• Advanced team will try to get appointment with the management
body of the garments
• A pitch deck about Milvik will be prepared for pitching in front of
the garments management
• Advanced team will plan for the activation location and branding
• Advanced team will be consisting 1 members.
MOU WITH THE GARMENTS

• A formal agreement will be done between Milvik


and the garments with the scopes.

• On that MoU every details of the scope will be


mentioned, and it will be happened in the
presences of top management of both end.
PITCH-DECK FOR GARMENTS

• Making a short pitch deck for the garments


management to make them understand how Milvik is
giving health care facility to their employees.
• This pitch-deck will be made sitting with client
• All the customize offers/ products/services and their
usefulness will be shown to the management
ADVANCED TEAM TRAINING

• Advanced will be trained as they need to know about the


products and services of Milvik to take the garments
permission

• For smooth brand communication Advanced will be


provided with all the pitch-decks.

ACTIVATION MODALITY
• We will run our activation only at garment
factories nationwide

• We will cover 15 garments nationwide with


2 days activation

• A seminar along with activation to educate


the employees for developing their health.

For 1 team structure

• Total 2 Male BP along with 1 female BP


(locally recruited), 1 female Doctor and 1
paramedic

• We will deploy 1 team for the 15 garments


activation with 1 setup

• According to the plan, the team will move


and go to designated garments for activation
3. TEAM ACTIVITIES
START OF THE ACTIVATION
DAY 1
7:00 TO 08:00 AM

Our team will prepare all materials

By 08:00 they will start the activation, 30 mins they will check the stocks and activation materials from the
warehouse and then start for the activation spot by 7:30 AM or before.

**Depending on the garments start time we will start the activation when the garments starts.

Booth Activation & Activities:

BRIEFING FOR GARMENTS EMPLOYEES
The briefing session will be conducted at the lunch hour at the cafeteria

• Team members will keep close contact the floor in charge for the
appointments and with production manager of the garments as they
oversee the of the workforces.

• Formal briefing session during lunch time at the cafeteria

• Portable backdrop can be carried for the briefing session.

• Here a doctor from will conduct the briefing session

• They will talk about the incubator hygiene factor and personal hygiene
factors

Note: During the lunch time briefing session, garments worker remain busy with lunch. so, the people present in cafeteria that time
will be attending the briefing. As the employees get less time for lunch so they are in rush always. This will be very difficult to ensure
employees at the briefing session.

• Doctors will be checking the blood group &


the paramedic will test the pressure and
prescribe some basic medicines

• The BP can shift the customer to doctors


for free check up and doctor can prescribe
medicine.
FREE DISCOUNT
CARD DISTRIBUTION

• Free discount card will be distributed to the employees.

• Discount card will be for – health insurance, Lab testing,


Medical treatment etc. such as – 10% discount on hospitals
and others

• If any customer gets prescription from Doctor BP will talk


about the discount can be availed by Milvik cashback offers
from medicine
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

The customers talked to our BP and Doctors we


will collect their info and contact details for the
further notifications.

We will maintain the data into google sheet. After


the activation in one spot BP will update it on the
google sheet.

If the setup is in the garments, then the BP will be at the garments before the garments
starts. Team will start their regular operations.

Here will be pre-appointment system for the employees to see the specialized doctor suggested
by floor in charge

• Employees can take appointment regarding the check


up

• Free treatment will be provided from Milvik ends.

• The special doctor will see the customers and prescribe


them with medicines.

• Here the specialized doctor will be gynecologist. They


will provide free treatment/advice to the female
employees.

• The specialized doctors will be provided by Milvik as


they have pulls of doctors.

4. TEAM DEPLOYMENT
TEAM DEPLOYMENT

• After getting the permission from garments we will


start our activation from February 03/02/21

• We will deploy 01 team.

• Team will be responsible for conducting the


activation

• They will be having toolkits such as – Tab,


wifi/internet connectivity and others will be provided
TEAM TRAINING

• BP will be trained as they need to know about the products


and services of Milvik.

• For smooth brand communication BP will be provided with


all the tool kits.

• Doctors will get a brief from Milvik about their objectives


and goals of the activation
