HOUSE RULES

1. Regarding Deadlines
All requirements should be submitted on time. Written or printed activities should be
submitted through the DROP BOX, provided by the Faculty In- Charge. Online
requirements should be posted on time as well. Do your BEST to finish your
assignments way before the due date.
2. Regarding Intellectual Honesty
Our institution, SLTCFPDI, values both academic excellence and intellectual
honesty. As an SLTCFPDI student, you are expected to do your best. Whatever
assignments you submit are presumed to be your own work. Do not be tempted to
take shortcuts by having someone else do your work for you, or by doing work for
someone else. You would not want someone else to get credit for something you
worked hard to accomplish. Moreover, you would not want to get credit for something
you did not do. There are strict academic rules regarding intellectual honesty -- with
sanctions ranging from warnings to expulsion from a program. If you find that you
are unable to finish certain requirements, the best solution is to contact your faculty-
in-charge (FIC) for help.

3. Submission Guidelines
• Use only one side of white, long-sized bond paper.
• HAND WRITTEN (BLACK ink ball pen only)
• COMPUTERIZED PRINTED (If needed)
• Be sure that your name is on the upper right hand corner of every page.
• Assignments and other answers should be written in English. Write as
effectively as possible (i.e., with clarity and coherence, as well
conciseness).
• Always keep a duplicate copy of your assignments in your files just in case
you need to resubmit them (e.g., there is a technological glitch).
• Every assignment and other activity should carry this cover format:
• The faculty in- charge will provide a 5 copies of this format for each student.
(Just fill out the corresponding blanks for the needed information)
• Take note that you need to have an extra copy of this cover for the other
activities to be submitted throughout the semester.
