8. Course Synopsis:

The course consists of a series of lectures, tutorials, laboratory practical sessions, group
discussions on case studies and quizzes. This course provides understanding on the
general anatomy, the organizational structures, synthesis of the neurotransmitter
involved, function of peripheral nervous system and drugs that affect the peripheral
nervous system, their clinical uses and side effects.
