the expansion of its business nationwide. Through this Master Franchisee can acquire the
rights of attracting, screening and signing new franchisees within their extensive territory.

As a Master Franchisee, you can now earn the rights of recruiting franchisee partners under
you and start earning a bulky sum of profit. Master franchises are suitable for investors with
sufficient financial resources to develop a network of franchisees in a specified state or
province. A master franchisee involves a major management role supported by the know-

Investment Structure (Investment Over an year)
Master Franchisee will recruit 16 sub-franchisees within one
year under this proposal. This target of 16 sub franchisees will
be divided into 4 quarters of 3 months each. Master
Franchisee will have to invest in the project quarterly only
after their quarterly target is achieved. This way, Master
Franchisee doesn’t need to invest all their money at one time.

The Brand(Franchisor) will not terminate the agreement unless master franchisee achieves the target of 16
