DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

ANTONIO L. VIILAPANDO, of legal age, married to LUCIA G. VILLAPANDO,


Filipino, with residence and postal address at #001 Sampaguita Street,
9 Pag-ibig Midtown, Cainta Metro Manila hereinafter referred to as the
SELLER

-AND-

HELENE N. ROXAS, Filipino with residence and postal address at #59


Hi-Wood Subdivision, Mataas na Kahoy Lipa Batangas hereinafter
referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land with


improvements located at District Bagoong Pook, City of Lipa and covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 107722 containing a total area of FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX SQUARE METERS, more or
less, and more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to
