CoinCrowd WhiteList Terms and Conditions
CoinCrowd WhiteList Terms and Conditions
User Agreement
The use of the web application, e-mail and/or the mobile application of “CoinCrowd’s
Whitelist” and any other related content, are subjected to the following terms and conditions.
We will post any changes to these terms and conditions on our Telegram group and/or our
Blog. Furthermore, we will refer hereafter to our communication channels as “Telegram
group” and “Blog” without hyperlinking them.
The use of this software is open to everyone. By using this software you acknowledge that
you have read the terms and conditions, that you understand them and that you agree to be
bound by its terms.
The registration to the whitelist enables the user to participate in CoinCrowd’s token sale.
But only if - when completing the registration form - the user provides his Ethereum wallet
address, his purchase limit, and the relative data for the KYC process that is necessary to
complete the verification of certain identification of the user and his relative risk status for the
laws regulating anti-money laundering (AML).
During the use of the "CoinCrowd Whitelist" application, it is possible to carry out activities
within it and receive stakes that will result in gift tokens.
Stakes’ Calculations
The calculation is made by counting all the stakes collected by each user registered to the
CoinCrowd Whitelist. The amount of stakes held by said user will indicate his stake
percentage on the total of tokens put out as a gift.
The total of tokens released as a gift is equal to 3% of the tokens that will be actually sold
during the token sale. For this reason the tokens will be calculated only when the token sale
will be declared officially closed.
Assignment of the stakes and activities
The below table indicates the activities and the maximum number of stakes that each user
can collect.

During the course of the game and the duration of the token sale, other activities and stakes
might be added. This will be announced on our Telegram group and/or Blog. CoinCrowd
also reserves the right to remove altogether and for all users one or more activities - along
with the relative collected stakes - if they deem it necessary.
The Game’s 6 Levels
The whitelist's gamification allows users to collect stakes with each completed action. There
are 6 levels, and only those who complete all 6 have the possibility to access the second
phase of the game: becoming a supporter or an ambassador of CoinCrowd's project.
A user who reaches this stage becomes a "Supporter". The user can reach the status of
"Lead Supporter" after having invited 50 users to register. Subsequently he can reach the
status of “Ambassador” after having invited 100 more users to register. Please note that the
status does not affect the new ranking during this second phase of the game, where The
value brought in by each user will be calculated by counting the total amount of Ether sent
for the purchase of the token by the user itself and by all the users invited by him via referral
code provided in CoinCrowd's whitelist.
At the beginning of the gamification, the number of invitations that can be sent via referral
link are 20, but after collecting all the stakes from completing this action, invitations will be
unlocked allowing an unlimited count. However, users will receive stakes only for the first 20
invitations.
While a new game mode is unlocked, the user - in addition to the previously collected stakes
- has another chance to win tokens: in fact he will receive as a gift 5% of the total amount of
tokens purchased by himself and by all users who register at the CoinCrowd Whitelist via its
referral link.
- User A invites 100 people to register for the CoinCrowd Whitelist through his referral
link, and out of these 100 invitations sent, 80 people actually register.
- User B invites 50 people to register for the CoinCrowd Whitelist through his referral
link, and out of these 50 invitations sent, 30 people actually register.
If the total of tokens purchased by user A and his 80 invited users is 1000 tokens, while the
total of tokens purchased by user B and his 30 invited users is 5000 tokens, user B will have
a higher ranking position than user A. The ranking therefore is given based on the amount of
tokens actually purchased.
Stakes & Token Assignments
The stake is assigned - whenever possible - to the user in real time by the application itself.
CoinCrowd reserves the right to remove, modify or delete any user's stakes where there has
been incorrect behavior or a noncompliant use of the application. Therefore, at its sole
discretion, CoinCrowd can remove and/or modify the stakes assigned to any user.
The assignment of the stakes for the subsequent claim of free tokens will be possible only at
the end of the token sale. And it requires all users to verify some data in order to filter fake
users, bots and spam attempts.
To obtain the free tokens the user who has accessed the second phase of the game (either
as Supporter, Lead Supporter or Ambassador) must meet a number of requirements:
The user can at any time request the cancellation of his data and his account, but this entails
the total and immediate loss of all his stakes. Consequently, he won't be able to receive any
of the free tokens.
