2022 LEVEL UP GUIDE

DISCORD PARTICIPATION RULES: 
The Discord was intended for 2 things: 
1. To create a like-minded group where you can meet
friends, have discussions (we have lots of sections from
finance to KPOP), join events/challenges & have a good
time! 

2. To follow along the Level Up challenge and find motivation


with others who are participating.

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES: 

1. You can follow the outline I have made for myself (e.g the
workout plan) or you can create your own using these
templates. As the challenge progresses I will upload more
resources into this Discord channel.

2. Don’t beat yourself up - change comes over time through daily


habits. Improve 1% daily. 

3. ALL GOALS MUST BE S-M-A-R-T. 

The following is a guide and are examples. Feel free to add your own. 
RULES
(these are overall guidelines for yourself that you want to follow this
year. You can delete my examples and put your own in. Keep it
short and manageable so you remember them)

e.g:

- Don’t tell others what I’m doing


- Only watch tv 3 times a week
- Only go on social media in the afternoon
- Walk to university at least 5x a week
MENTAL PLAN
(this is your plan for levelling up mentally - intellectually, spiritually
and mental health) 
e.g

GOALS:
- Become more book smart
- Become more grounded

Intellectual plan:
- Read 5 books a week
- Join Simone’s discord and participate in discussions
- Commit to learning about Web3
- Learn Spanish

Spiritual/Mental plan:
- Disconnect from social media once a week
- Meditate for 30mins daily
- Yoga everyday
PHYSICAL PLAN
(this is your plan for levelling up physically - beauty and body) 

e.g

GOALS:
- Gain 5kg
- Tone up
- Be able to run 5km in 15min

Plan:
- Commit to new diet plan
- Run 1km more every week
- Go to pilates 3x a week
