Reading the spindle No.

Each tray has an ID tag on which ring frame spindle no. is written when the tray enters the Quality control screen
linking conveyor. The specific bobbin on which a yarn quality alarm occurs is read by the
particular winding unit to identify the Ring spindle which produced the defective bobbin.
Thereafter it is ejected and diverted on a separate bobbing conveyor without affecting the
working of other winding units. The aggregated data of bobbins on which an alarm occurred
are displayed on VOS.
