1. OOA 0730H we arrived at the Balagtas Fire Station. We conducted formation led by FO1
Modesto Medina.
2. OOA 0800H we go to the Municipality of Bocaue for simulation of Fire Drill together with FO1
Modesto Medina and FO1 Abraham Reyes.
3. OOA 0930H FO1 Abraham Reyes and FO1 Hazel Gonzales lectured us about the proper
formation.
4. OOA 1200H we took our lunch and returned in Fire Station at about 1300H.
5. OOA 1400H FO1 Reyes and FO1 Gonzales lectured us about Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) regarding on how to use and wear it.
6. OOA 1630H we started our exercise more about jogging.
7. OOA 1735H we leaved from the Balagtas Fire Station.

1. OOA 0730H we arrived at the Balagtas Fire Station.

2. OOA 0730H we started our morning exercise led by FO1 Gonzales, we finished our exercise at
about 0830H.
3. OOA 0830H we started to clean our Area of Responsibility (AOR), we finished cleaning AOR at
about 0930H.
4. OOA 1200H we take our lunch and we returned at the station at about 0130H.
5. OOA 1330H we started to clean the BFP office and we finished at about 1430H.
6. OOA 1500H we ate as a celebration in Asanza’s Birthday together with FO1 Gonzales and FO1
Reyes.
7. OOA 1600H FO1 Rovie Santiago caught Kenneth De Guzman smoking in the AOR of Balagtas Fire
Station.
8. OOA 1727H we leaved from the Balagtas Fire Station.

1. OOA 0730H, we arrived at the Balagtas Fire Station.

2. OOA 0800H, we attend the traditional Flag Raising Ceremony at the Municipal Hall of Balagtas,
Bulacan together with FO1 Reyes, FO1 Medina and FO2 Erchie Silverio.
3. OOA 0830H we clean the AOR, we finished at about 0930H.
4. OOA 1200H we took our lunch break.
5. OOA 1300H, OJT Bondoc, OJT Del Rosario and OJT Nicolas helped FO1 Reyes to go to Caruzo
Battery and Electrical shop to charge the battery of Balagtas Fire Truck.
6. OOA 1330H, they instructed us to create a poster making regarding about fire safety tips.
7. OOA 1600H OJT Cruz together with FO1 Reyes, they return to Caruzo Battery to get the battery
of the Fire Truck.
8. OOA 1725H we leaved from the Balagtas Fire Station.

7. OOA 1500H, the Bulakan MPS conducted a COMELEC Checkpoint.
