Circular No. 12/2021-22

Dear Parents,

This is in continuation with the Circular No. 11/2021-22 dated 04.10.2021 wherein we have
mentioned Hon’ble Delhi High Court’s Judgement dated 31.05.2021. We are now collecting
Annual Charges and Development Fund for the Academic Year 2021-22. The computation of
the net Amount payable by you, towards the Annual Charges and Development Fee from April
2021-October 2021, in respect of your ward, is enumerated hereunder:

A. Annual Charges (Arrears from April to October): Rs. 3208/-

B. Development Fee (Arrears from April to October): Rs. 3780/-
(-) Less 15% of A+B Rs. 1048/-
Net Amount Payable Rs. 5940/-

You are at liberty to pay the aforesaid sum in 4 monthly installments as per the following
Schedule:
i. Rs. 1485/- on or before 10.11.2021.
ii. Rs. 1485/- on or before 10.12.2021.
iii. Rs. 1485/- on or before 10.01.2022.
iv. Rs. 1485/- on or before 10.02.2022.

Furthermore, the Development Fund and Annual Charges from November onwards will be
charged along with Tuition Fee.

Please note that the due date for paying Monthly fee is 10th of the month. You are earnestly
requested to kindly make the payments as per the aforesaid Schedule and previous circular so
as to enable the School to comply with its numerous financial and monetary obligations.
