the legal rights of the students?
Everyone values education, but not everyone has the opportunity to complete their studies and
obtain a diploma. Education is the means by which the Filipino obtains knowledge. They believe
that schools are the primary sources of knowledge, despite the fact that education may be
received both inside and outside of the classroom. As a result, when it comes to education, the
government is always there to set a legislation to ensure that it is effective for everybody. The
management of the school system is entrusted to the CHED, DepEd, and TESDA. The
administration may have understood that required actions must be done to strengthen the
country's education system, prompting them to create and contemplate adjustments in order to
keep up with other countries, since we have already fallen behind. By enlisting the assistance of
these agencies, the government strengthens the cornerstone of our educational system, ensuring
that everyone receives a dual, adequate, and suitable education. The legal rights of the students
are: First, the right to receive competent instruction, relevant quality education. Second, the right
to freely choose their field of study subject to the existing curricula and continue their course up
to graduation, except in cases of academic deficiency or violations of disciplinary regulations.

owns school records and the confidentiality of it. Fifth, The right to issuance of official
certificates, diplomas, transcript of records, grades, transfer credentials and similar document
