PROJECT MEMBER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Team Leader Accustoms the group with the Priority
Improvement Area.
Guides the Team in
1. Analyzing data for the PIA
2. Developing the Project Design and objectives.
3. Formulating the processes, and tools in
executing the project.
Helps Team Members in creating, monitoring,
and evaluating programs.
Asst. Project Team Assists the Team Leader with her responsibilities.
Leader Enables the Team to work jointly in finding
solutions to the situation.
