Activity 3.2 : Organize the Project Teams

 Project Teams, who will be formulating, implementing and


monitoring programs for PIAs, were established.
 Members of Project Teams, Roles and Responsibilities were
discussed.

TEAM ACCESS
PROJECT MEMBER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Team Leader  Accustoms the group with the Priority
Improvement Area.
 Guides the Team in
1. Analyzing data for the PIA
2. Developing the Project Design and objectives.
3. Formulating the processes, and tools in
executing the project.
 Helps Team Members in creating, monitoring,
and evaluating programs.

Asst. Project Team  Assists the Team Leader with her responsibilities.
Leader  Enables the Team to work jointly in finding
solutions to the situation.

Scribe  Updates the Team of the condition of the


activities done.
 In charge of the Team meetings’ documentation
Member  Gathers necessary information
 Assists in implementing, monitoring, and
evaluating programs.
