• Average Motor Vehicle Speed Remained Consistent
• Reduced Speed for Fastest, Most Aggressive Drivers
• More Orderly, Evenly Paced Traffic Flow
• Improved Safety for all road users:
• Serious crashes down 45%
• Fender-benders down 17%
