D Instructions

1. Select your material from a variety of


hardwoods or solid core plywood.
C 2. Measure each pattern piece and cut the work
A pieces to size accordingly. Sand as necessary.
3. Make all pattern pieces by adhering the
paper patterns to the work pieces with a
C Q E repositionable spray adhesive. Cut the outer
shapes and any interior designs. And drill
where indicated.
4. Remove all paper patterns. Sand where
A needed. The edges can be rounded by sanding
or using a small roundover router bit if desired.
5. Assemble by first attaching the Front Panel
(A) to the Window Panels (B). Then attach the
P Back Panel (A) and the Spacer (N). Now attach

the Floor (M) with glue and / or finishing nails.
3 Proceed to attach the Roof (C) and glue the
9 Side Brackets (E) into position. Next, attach
the Crest (D), Dial Underlays (H & P), and
6 the 2 Overlays (L & Q)). Now, attach the clock
E movement (excluding the pendulum) before
B H proceeding.
Lay the clock assembly carefully on it’s
N front. Attach Bottom (G) into place. Then lay
J the clock assembly on it’s back to attach the
M Bottom Brackets (F). Next, attach Bottom (R),
I Pendulum Overlay (K), Front Fence (I) and
Side Fences (J). Hang the pendulum rod from
the movement and adjust the length by breaking
off sections in 1” increments.
