Instructions for registering for IIM Amritsar Personal Interview (PI) process:

1. Please keep ready a scanned copy of the following documents before you start filling in the
application form:
a) Marksheets, completion certificates and CGPA conversion formula for Class X and Class XII
in PDF format.
b) Marksheets, course completion/ degree/diploma certificate and CGPA conversion formula
certificate for undergraduate, graduate or any other professional qualification in PDF format.
c) Work experience certificate(s) or letter(s) in PDF format. Work experience certificate as on
the date of filling the CAT Form is sufficient at this stage. In case you do not possess a
formal work experience certificate, you may upload the joining letter and the first and last pay
slips merged into a single PDF.
d) Soft copy of passport size photograph in any one of the formats- JPEG / JPG / PNG.
e) Soft copy of the applicant’s signature in any one of the formats- JPEG / JPG / PNG.
f) CAT Score Card in PDF format.
g) Most recent CV in PDF Format
2. In case you have a consolidated marksheet and degree certificate, you may upload the same in
both the cells provided.
3. Students who are in the final year of their bachelor's degree program should submit their most
recent mark sheet. Such students must also upload the final year certificate that was uploaded at
the time of filling the CAT application form.
4. Students who are applying under any category other than the General category should have a
scanned copy of their valid Category certificate in PDF format.
5. In case you do not possess any document(s), kindly fill the Missing Documents Undertaking
available on your dashboard and upload the same in the space provided.
6. Kindly ensure that the file size of each document is correct in order to successfully upload file. In
case the size of any file is more than the permitted size, you will not be able to upload the file.
7. Please ensure that the documents uploaded by you are clear and legible, to avoid any delays in the
processing of your application. Blurred and unclear documents will not be accepted as valid for
application.
8. You may save your partially completed application form at any time by using the SAVE button.
You can log in and continue completing your application form at any time. The completed
application form has to be submitted before the registration deadline.
9. IIM Amritsar will verify all documents and credentials that you have submitted along with your
application form and your offer to appear for the interview will be revoked if any data is found to
be incorrect. (is conditional upon successful verification of your documents.)
10. The non-refundable application processing fee is Rs. 1000 for all candidates except for SC/ST
candidates. For SC/ST candidates, the non-refundable application processing fee is Rs. 500.
11. The application processing fees has to be paid online during the application submission process
through credit card/ debit card/ net banking / UPI.
12. Once you have completed your application form and paid the application processing fees, you
will receive an acknowledgement email stating that you have successfully completed the
registration process.
13. In case you do not receive the acknowledgement email, your application is either incomplete or it
has not been successfully submitted.
