The quality of life is bad it was not very good before but with the taliban it became worse for sure
for women as women are not allowed to go out without a blood relative and have to wear a burqua
as they are not allowed to show skin except for this the country itself isn’t poor but most inhabitants
are very poor for sure since they don’t have many rights at the moment.

Afghanistan contains rich underground resources: gemstones, uranium, common metals, rare-earth
metals and precious metals such as gold and silver. It also holds potentially valuable reserves of gas,
oil and coal.
