Involved in End-to-End SDLC phase of Life Insurance Projects.  Delivering quality Functional
Specification for Life400 Projects.  Responsible for providing estimates for new Project Requirements,
Enhancement Requests received.  Completely trained in 'Functional Point Method of sizing' to provide
estimates accurately.  High proficiency in writing and reviewing Test cases with Test Data. 
Responsible for giving Functional Specification Walkthrough to Business Users, Business Analysts,
System Specialist, System Testing Team, Development Team and End to End Testing Team.  Providing
Training on Life Insurance Domain to every new comers to the Team.  Professional-level programming
competence and the ability to construct high quality programs.  Expertise skills in AS/400 as like
COBOL/400, Smart 400, CL/400, and DB2/400.  Excellent skills in Analyzing, Designing, Implementation
and Integration of software business systems.  Self-motivator with the ability to learn and adapt
quickly.  Cleared IBM DB2 Universal Database V8.1 in September 2005 through Cognizant Technology
solutions Academy.

Playing as a 'Technical Business Analyst" role Since December 2012 in parallel with Team Lead role.

Involved in Requirement Gathering Stage.  Prepare Functional Specification for the requirement
received and getting approval from System Specialist.  Give Functional Specification Walkthrough to
Business Users, Business Analysts, System Specialist, System Testing Team, Development Team and End
to End Testing Team.  Document system functionality.  Maintain Internal Wikipedia to have the
business functionality.  Attending Insurance Share net sessions and online Insurance Training and
sharing the acquired knowledge within the team.  Involved in Test case preparation.

 Lead the Enhancement Wing of Life400 application since December 2012 to January 2015.  Fully
responsible for receiving requirements from Business Analysts during Solution Requirement
walkthrough.  Responsible for preparing estimates for enhancement requests received, delivering to
client and get approval for the change.  Planning and scheduling requirements for the upcoming
release.  Reviewing code developed by team member to assure that coding & documentation done as
per the Quality standards.  Guiding the development Team to successfully complete the change
requests.  Providing support to System testing team and End to End Testing Team.  Being single point
of contact for any issues in Enhancement space.  Training junior Team members.  Made sure that all
the Change Requests are delivered with zero defects.  Stepped up to maximize the team's performance
whenever needed and gained momentum to meet deadlines.  Lead 'Life/400 Maintenance Team'
Since February 2008 to November 2012 and February 2015 to July 2015.  Accepting and responding to
the incidents Within defined Service Level Agreement  Assigning incidents and problem records to
