OUR STAFF:

1. We promise to employee neat and clean, well-groomed, well-mannered, efficient, honest,

dedicated and matured housekeeping staff.
2. Our staff would be always in clean uniform.
3. Our staff would be carrying their own identity card always.

We would like to offer you our best Rates.

 Per Person housekeeping Staff Coast: Rs.10,997/- Per Month.
 Supervisor Staff cost: Rs.16,881/-per month.
 Management Charge @12% on Gross Bill amount will be applicable.(Included)
 GST @18% On gross bill amount will be applicable
 Duty hrs will be 08 and 26 days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The above rates are valid for the period of one year Subject to the revision of D.A (special.
Allowance) rates revised by Government of Gujarat twice in a year i.e. on. 1st Apr & 1st Oct.

2. Housekeeping staff will be responsible for their assigned job only

3. All our employees would be on our rolls & we takes all the responsibilities for our staff been
employed in your esteemed organization.

4. All the bills will be submitted by the 5th of completion of the month and payment has to be
made by account payee cheque\Demand Draft within Three days after submission of the bills
otherwise the interest would be charged as 10% per annum.

 5. Adequate space for storage of materials with locking facility has to be provided by your
company.

6. In case of complaint or suggestion, should be immediately conveyed to us in order to offer

you satisfactory services always.

7. The timings of house keeping services would be decided by us in co-ordination with

concerned Manager or Executive. And whenever our staff is being called on public holidays
or Sundays will be charged as overtime and separate bills would be raised for every month.

8. To avoid certain security problems, we would be operational on your working days only. If
cleaning operations are to be done on holidays, prior intimation would be given & person’s
employed by us at your premises would be given transfer after 90 days.

9. In Case of termination of the Contract one Month Written Notice has to be given by either
party’s.

If the Gujarat Govt. minimum wages increase, the above-mentioned rate also will increase as
