INTRODUCTION TO THE BOARD OF JUDGES (SOCIO NIGHT EVENTS)

Good evening. Fellow Louisian Community, and viewers. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am honored to
present to you the members of the Board of Judges for our Song and Dance Competitions.

1. Allow me to introduce our judges for the dance events as well as our overall performer. Our first
judge is a graduate of Isabela State University Cabagan Campus with a Bachelor of Secondary
Education major in Physical Science. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education -
Educational Management at Saint Paul University Philippines. Since 2015, he has been a teacher
at Tumauini National High School. He is also the Production Manager of NCCA's National
Heritage Month Celebration in May 2018 and a Winning Coach of Dancesport's and  Division
Level Top 1 Demo-Teacher (2019), as well as a 3rd place finisher in the National Demonstration
Teaching Festival (2021). Finally, in 2014, he was named the Most Outstanding Teacher at the
School Level. Please join me in welcoming Mr. Jay-bie Mendoza Bicera.

2. Our second dance judge and overall performance is a Cagayan State University
graduate. He is a member of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of KORYOGRAPHER NG
PILIPINAS in the region, as well as the VICE PRESIDENT of the PHILIPPINE FOLK
DANCE SOCIETY- CAGAYAN LOCAL CHAPTER and the artistic choreographer
and director of the Special Program for Arts. During the USL 56th Founding
Anniversary in 2021, he was one of the judges in SOCIO CULTURAL NIGHT.

3. Our Third judge for dancing events and total performer is a Co-founder and Head
choreographer of AFICITY and United by Urban Company. He is a Dance
Choreographer, Top 5 in the World dance league- north league, and a Division Finalist in
the world dance league. We give a virtual round of applause to MR. J. Ventura P. Cue.

4. Our first judge for singing and total performer, is a graduate of Bachelor of
Secondary Education Major in English and Literature at Cagayan State University And
finished his Master of Science in Teaching English at St. Paul University Philippines in
JUNE 2020. He became a Teacher II in Cagayan National High School SY. 2016-2020
and a Human Resource Management Officer II at LGU Peñablanca year 2014-2016. He
is recognizes as Mr. Inter-Regional Career Advocate 2020 (Title Holder), 2nd Runner-
Up, SM Singing Teacher, CNHS Oustanding Senior High School Teacher 2020, CNHS
Outstanding SHS English Teacher 2020 Finalist, Champion Coach, CAVRAA Jingle
Writing Contest and Champion Coach, Mental Health Songwriting Contest. May we
welcome Mr. Jay Loren C. Tabugay

5. Our second judge for singing events and total performer is a MUSIC TEACHER &
CHORAL CONDUCTOR in CANDON CITY MUSIC PROGRAM. He is a College
Graduate at SAINT PAUL UNIVERSITY MANILA. He was also a FINALIST in
PHILIPPINES-KOREA CULTURAL EXCHANGE FESTIVAL TALENT COMPETITION in
2021. He is a Member of PHILIPPINE CHORAL DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, and a
MEMBER of PHILIPPINE VOCAL ENSEMBLE. He is also a REPRESENTATIVE in the
INTERCOLLEGIATE VOICE SUMMIT, UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES 2016.
 Lastly, he is a FORMER PART- TIME INSTRUCTOR AT NORTH LUZON PHILIPPINES
STATE COLLEGE. Around of applause for MS. JEDESSA P. CALACDAY.

6. Our final judge for singing events and total performer is an Administrative Staff and
University Music Coordinator of Cagayan State University. He became also the
University Socio-Cultural Musician of the Year and a Campus Socio-cultural Awardee.
He was a Champion in Indigenous Dance and Music Competition held in Cagayan de
Oro City and Davao City. Also, he is a Music Teacher, Adviser, Coach and trainer of
Athena Rondalla Harmonic Ensemble in Cagayan State University, Choir Adviser and
Conductor in National COmpetitions, coach and trainer in Vocal Solo, Vocal Duet,
Instrumental solo, Chorale and Ethnic music during the University, Regional and
National level in the Philippine Association of State University and Colleges (PASUC).
