Integrates knowledge from the natural, environmental and
social spheres. It emphasizes that at this stage, children
conceive their environment as a whole from which they can
learn. It is based on family, school and social coexistence,
communication and spontaneous learning from their reality;
in this way, social, cultural and natural and environmental
experiences are the appropriate spaces for the construction
and organization of learning with a holistic, critical, scientific,
deliberate and integrative.
Facilitates the construction of general and specific skills in
the arts and other areas of knowledge; contributes to the
development of expressive and creative skills based on
perception, exploration of the environment and
amazement at what is new and original from one's own
experience; promotes the discovery and rediscovery of
what is known in order to transform it into an artistic
expression through different languages: music, dance,
theater and visual arts, converging the arts in integrated
and global assemblies in the social and cultural context.
Stimulates soft skills such as sensitivity, creativity, autonomy,
curiosity, critical judgment, self-knowledge and responsibility, and
develops specific skills such as: visual perception, attention,
observation, spatial intelligence, divergent thinking, imagination,
communication and fine and gross motor skills.
Promotes the sensory-perceptual development of hearing
using all the creative and expressive possibilities of childhood.
